What personal data we collect and why we collect it
This is a reading website, with no users and comments disabled.
The only personal data we collect is for the mailing list so you can receive it on your email address.
We only have analytics in place but we anonymize the ips so we won´t be able to assign the data to any subject.
We also have contact forms on the website.
The mailing list
We collect your email and sometimes your name to be able to send you the monthly newsletter.
We use double optin to ensure that you can confirm that you want to receive the mailing list.
Comments
The comments are disabled on this website, so we do not collect any data from them.
Media
Visitors are not allowed to upload any media to the site.
Contact forms
There are several contact forms on this website. The information submitted through those contact forms will only be stored and used to reply to the questions or request that come from those forms.
We do not share your contact information with anybody and we won´t put your email on any automated mailing list from the forms.
Cookies
The only cookies we have are anonymous and do not share personal data.

We use our own mailing list software own privately by us and WordPress open source as CMS.
We do not share the lists and any personal data with anyone or any third party.
We have two companies that might have access to the data as they manage our hostings.
WPHercules (WPHerc.com) takes care of the WordPress updates and have access to the database and backups of the website.
SendyHost (sendyhost.com) host our mailing list server and have access to the database and backups of the mailing list software.
They do not share the data with any third party.
How long we retain your data
We will keep the emails on the mailing list as long as you are part of the list. We need to keep them even if you unsubscribe because is the way the system knows that you do not want to receive the emails any more.
If you want your email completely removed, please let us know using the contact form and we will remove it completely from the lists.
We keep backups of the data on a secure location for security and legal reasons. You email may be stored on those backups if it was part of the system when the backup was taken.
We keep backups for 90 days.
What rights you have over your data
If you have join to the mailing list, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
The emails and names from the mailing list are stored on a mailing list software.
We use a personal software for the mailing list and we do not share the emails with any other third party.
